40 Years of Service Together!
We’ll meet at Graymoor Spiritual Life Center in Garrison, NY, on August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2019, to celebrate our 40th year of commitments to A.A. service in New York State. It’s an exciting time! Our Big Book: 80 Years – 71 Languages! One Day at a Time. We’ll have panels of trusted servants sharing their experiences with Committees: Archives, PI, CPC, Treatment and Accessibility, Literature, Grapevine/La Vina, and Corrections. And a special event Saturday evening created and hosted by our Young People! We’ll hear from a Past Delegate on Friday evening and an Officer from the General Service Office Saturday night, and see and hear a presentation about the past 40 years of NYSIW from our Archives Advisory Committee Member in South Eastern New York, Area 49. We’ve worked at keeping costs down. Room, board, and registration all-inclusive costs $195. Registration is $20 whether you come for one panel or for the whole weekend. A limited number of scholarships are available for the registration fee only. Individual meals cost $20 each. We’ll be staying in the dormitory in double-occupancy rooms. Rooms will be assigned by our hosts at Graymoor. The bathrooms are down the hall so please bring a robe and slippers.. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries.
